Deploy in Minutes
While some may want the granular control of dayparting and future scheduling, 98% of your clients need simply an engaging sign, with the ability to change menu prices, tenant names, and the like. And now you can do all of that with no subscriptions. If you want detailed scheduling (vs. regular content refresh), with dayparting, you can still opt for two low-cost and impressive paths forward.
Before anything else, this is what happens when you receive your system boxes!
Packaging
You will receive three boxes: Your display, your media player with instructions and some cables, and your VESA mount, matched to your components. Inspect your display, assure no damage, and keep your display box. You are covered by a great warranty!
Test your Plug-and-Play System
If we set up the media player for Ethernet connectivity, you can connect while at your shop, view the beautiful content. Be sure to first boot up your media player, then add power to your display. You have already connected your display to your media player via HDMI cable, so the display “recognizes” the content is there and you see it come to life.

If we set up your media player for your client’s WiFi connection, you will take your components to the client location on install day, and test there before mounting with the included VESA mount.
Anything wonky? Reboot, also if not Ethernet connection, make sure your client’s WiFi signal is strong. Test with your own laptop, for example. For Ethernet, the facility’s IT person will know which network you are on, and assure access through any possible firewall.
For touchscreens, if you think there is an issue, see Troubleshooting on Tutorials & Tips page.
